Warranty claims are rare, but just in case here's how to get help.
How to claim
All warranty claims are handled by our customers services team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your initial email should include your full name, order number (or postcode of delivery) and a brief summary of the problem.
If you include photos of the problem (where appropriate) and more detailed explanation we may be able to assist you faster and reduce the back-and-forth.
Be aware that warranty claims sometimes require us to liaise with the manufacturers, therefore whilst we make every effort to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we are reliant on a third party to which we have no control.
